Recipe: Easy Pork Chop Sandwiches
Ingredients:
4 Center Cut Pork Loin Chops
1 Onion Sliced Thin
4 Burger Buns or Potato Rolls (like Martin’s Potato Rolls)
Honey Dijon Mustard (I use Maille Honey Dijon Mustard)
Favorite Pork Rub (I use Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Rub)
Olive Oil
Directions:
Heat up you Blackstone Griddle on Medium High Heat, and drizzle a thin layer of Olive Oil on the griddle surface. Start by cooking your Onions, and you want to cook these down for a while, till they get caramelized and a little charred as well. I like to periodically add Olive Oil as they cook down.
Remove Onions, and Place your Pork Chops down. Season them on one side with your Pork Rub, flip after about 3-4 Minutes, and season the other side. These cook really quick, total about only 10 minutes, but you can also use a Thermometer and pull when the Pork reaches 145°.
The assemble the sandwich add some Honey Mustard to both buns, add two Pork Chops. and Cover with a healthy amount of those Onions.
So simple, yet so delicious!
